Ashland Town Center Ushers in Spring with Easter Events

Families invited to Visits with Bunny beginning on March 19, Cute as a Bunny Crafts on March 25 and Chocolate Extravaganza on March 27

ASHLAND, KY (MARCH 11, 2021) – Ashland Town Center is celebrating the start of spring through family-friendly Easter events, while offering opportunities to meet the Easter Bunny. The Easter Bunny will arrive on March 19 and will be available for visits on Monday – Saturday from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday noon – 6 p.m.   Advance registration is strongly encouraged in order to promote social distancing and contactless payment for photo packages. Walk-up visits will be permitted as space allows.  More information regarding reservations is available here

Ashland Town Center will host Cute as a Bunny Crafts To-Go on March 25 from 5 p.m. – 6 p.m. This free event gives children the opportunity to create special Easter-themed crafts after their visit with the Easter Bunny. Hosted in partnership with KidX Club®, an organization that sponsors free events to encourage creativity, learning and curiosity.  Cute as a Bunny Crafts To-Go will include a goody bag filled with bunny crafts and activities that can be done at home. Reservations for Cute as a Bunny Crafts are required and can be made here starting on March 18.

“We are thrilled to welcome the start of spring through Visits with Bunny and Cute as a Bunny Crafts,” said Vicki Ramey, General Manager at Ashland Town Center.  “We are proud to continue to offer opportunities for our community to safely gather at Ashland Town Center and to reimagine time-honored traditions in new ways.”

Additionally, Ashland Town Center encourages guests to show their love and support for Hope’s Place by visiting on March 27 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. during the 23rd Annual Chocolate Extravaganza.  A limited supply of full-size chocolate treats will be available from local bakeries and restaurants.  Tickets must be pre-purchased by visiting our web-site here.  Plus, guests can purchase the perfect Easter basket and all proceeds benefit Hope’s Place Child Advocacy Center. 

Ashland Town Center remains focused on providing a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. All Easter events will follow the town center’s COVID-19 safety protocols, including rigorous disinfectant and cleaning practices and advance registration for upcoming to-go events. 

In addition, the Code of Conduct, posted at the Center and available online, includes the following guidelines:

  • Practice social distancing and stay at least 6 feet (2 meters) from other people
  • Covering your mouth and nose with a cloth face cover in accordance with state and local guidelines
  • Do not gather in groups
  • Adhere to each individual tenant’s COVID-19 policies
  • Adhere to all federal, state and local regulations, recommendations and mandates regarding COVID-19
